A Silicon Valley medical technology company wanted traction as a thought leader before their IPO. Our suggestion wasn’t an ad, but a book. So we wrote and published one with them. The IPO went great, Livongo is thriving, and I learned a lot about using analytics and AI to reinvent care delivery for people with chronic conditions.
